Our Process: From Concept to Completion

1. Get In Touch
The journey begins here! Start by filling out the contact form on this page, providing details about your project, and uploading photos of your space.

2. Initial Phone Consultation
This is an opportunity for us to connect. During the call, we’ll review your photos while you discuss the specifics of your project. This is where you'll share your ideas, needs, and expectations. We’ll also do our best to provide a ballpark estimate for the project.

3. Onsite Consultation
We’ll visit your site at a time when decision-makers will be present. We’ll collect your consultation fee ($125), which will be credited toward the final cost of your project. During this visit, we'll take measurements, discuss potential designs, and help you envision the possibilities. Our expert advice will guide you toward the best solutions for your space.

4. Construction
Construction begins! As the owner I will be your point of contact throughout this phase, ensuring everything stays on track with the schedule and budget. We’ll keep you updated with weekly progress reports and notify you promptly if any changes arise due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or requests for changes.

5. Final Walkthrough
Once the construction is completed, you’ll do a final walkthrough with us. We’ll go over the proper care and maintenance of your new outdoor features. This is also when the final payment is collected. We ensure you're completely satisfied with the project before we conclude the process.
